Evidence: You be the Judge (In-Person Program)

Ruling on evidence is one of the core responsibilities of every judge. This full-day program for judges at all stages of their careers will address current and emerging evidentiary issues in both criminal and civil cases.
The agenda will feature presentations by members of the SJC Advisory Committee on Massachusetts Evidence Law and experienced judges with expertise in evidence issues. Time will also be reserved for questions and discussion with colleagues.
