Hon. Herbert P. Wilkins Appellate Year-in-Review, 2013-2014

Supreme Judicial Court Justice Margot Botsford and Appeals Court Justice Mary Thomas Sullivan will discuss the most significant criminal and civil cases decided by the Massachusetts appellate courts during the 2013-2014 court year. Written materials will be distributed to judges attending the program.

Please note: This year’s programming will include the “top 25” criminal and “top 25” civil cases rather than the more extensive review done in previous years. The case summaries will no longer be published in their traditional book form, but will be available for judges both as a hand-out and in electronic format.
