  • Superior Court Standing Order 1-88F – Attorneys with cases involving real estate, construction, products liability and employment discrimination are required to participate in the pilot program for case management conferences. Ensure that you are prepared.
  • Amendments to Superior Court Rules 9A – Amendments to Rule 9A, effective November 1, 2018, dramatically alter Rule 9A. Understand how the many amendments to Rule 9A affect civil motion practice in order to ensure your compliance.
  • Superior Court Rule 9C – Understand how the newly amended rule extends Rule 9C’s “confer and report” requirements to dispositive motions.
  • Superior Court Rule 9D – Hear about the new provisions relating to motions to reconsider.
