This afternoon webinar for Massachusetts judges will look at race and a variety of criminal law topics, including:

- Selective Enforcement
- Issues of race and bias that arise in the conduct of jury trials including allegations of racism during jury deliberations and impermissible use of race during peremptory challenges

The discussion will concentrate on the impact of implicit racial bias in the courtroom on discretionary determinations in judicial decision-making.
