*This is a Zoom program*

The Flaschner Judicial Institute is launching a new Q&A Interview Series that will feature a collection of interviews with a variety of people central to the Massachusetts court system.

Please join us for a conversation with Pamerson O. Ifill, the Massachusetts Commissioner of Probation. Moderated by U.S. District Court Judge Myong J. Joun, this 60-minute Zoom discussion will explore Commissioner Ifill’s vision and approach to the work of probation, as well as his goals for his tenure. There will be dedicated time for Q&A with the Commissioner.

On November 27, 2023, Pamerson O. Ifill was appointed for a five-year term as Commissioner of the Massachusetts Probation Service (MPS), the nation’s first probation department. He had previously served as Deputy Commissioner of Pretrial Services for the Probation Service since 2019, prior to which he was a Regional Supervisor of Probation Services, Chief Probation Officer for Suffolk Superior Court, and a Regional Program Manager for the Office of Community Corrections.
