Taught by members of the Supreme Judicial Court Advisory Committee on Massachusetts Evidence Law, this evening program for judges will cover select evidentiary topics, including:

  • Restitution (Commonwealth v. Henry and Commonwealth v. Buckley)

Participants are encouraged to bring their copy of the 2016 Guide to the program.
