Tuesday, June 3, 2025 | 9:00am - 4:30pm EDT
FreeThis full-day educational program for Massachusetts judges will focus on how to handle difficult and unexpected situations that commonly arise in the courtroom. The second of two days of programming, the June 3rd session will offer best practices for addressing the following issues:
- Judicial Wellness – How to Manage the Stress on and off the Bench
- Handling High Profile Cases
- Security Issues and Concerns in the Courtroom
- Complex and Thorny Jury Issues
The agenda will include hypothetical fact patterns and role play exercises that will invite back and forth between the faculty and the attendees. This curriculum will be invaluable for all judges, but particularly for newer judges.
