Evidence 2.0 (In-Person Program)

This half-day Evidence program for new and experienced judges will focus on current and emerging evidentiary issues (criminal and civil). Taught by experts in the field of Evidence, the agenda will include presentations by four members of the Supreme Judicial Court Advisory Committee on Massachusetts Evidence Law, with time allotted for Q&A and discussion.
