Lowy, this full-day educational program for new and experienced judges will concentrate on a number of current and emerging evidentiary issues. The program format will include presentations by each of the faculty with ample time for Q&A and discussion with colleagues. Examples of this year’s topics include:

- Expert testimony
- Mental health issues
- Prior bad acts and victim statements in domestic violence cases
- Little-known rules of evidence
- Evidence year-in-review
