Evidence 2.0 (In-Person Program)

This half-day Evidence program has been designed for both new and experienced judges and will explore current and emerging issues in evidentiary law across civil and criminal contexts. Led by experts in the field, “Evidence 2.0” will feature presentations from members of the Supreme Judicial Court Advisory Committee on Massachusetts Evidence Law, along with dedicated time for Q&A and discussion.
This year’s focus will be on Electronic and Digital Evidence. The topics will be: (1) Foundation for Admitting Digital Evidence, (2) Identification from Videotape Evidence, (3) Compilation Videos, and (4) Update on Commonwealth v. Gordon.
