- Trial Issues in Cases Involving Evidence of Defendant’s Lack of Criminal Responsibility or Mental Impairment
This program is part of the Superior Court Newer Judges Seminar Series, but judges from the Boston Municipal Court, the District Court, and the Juvenile Court are also welcome to attend.
