The Neurotech Justice Accelerator at Mass General Brigham team is conducting a research study about the effect of scientific information on decision-making in criminal law. We hope this research will help us learn about how certain kinds of information can affect perceptions and decisions surrounding criminal sentencing. In an era where scientific “firsts” are increasingly making their way into litigation, it is critical to understand how judges, as key decision-makers, might account for such information.
If you’d like to help us out, the survey is available at the following link: https://redcap.partners.org/redcap/surveys/?s=7333HDMJWX4ET8JC
• The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete
• Participation in this study is completely voluntary; you can choose not to answer any questions that you don’t want to answer
