There are a few ways to support the mission of the Flaschner Judicial Institute.

Tax-deductible contributions

The Franklin N. Flaschner Judicial Institute, Inc. is a public charity recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS under Section 501(c)(3). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by state and federal law. A receipt will be issued for each gift. FJI does not provide any goods or services to contributors as whole or partial consideration for any charitable contribution.

Make a gift online

To make a gift online using a credit card or your PayPal account, click on the "Donate" button below. Please note that all credit card donations will be processed through the PayPal website.


Make a monthly (recurring) donation

  1. Click the “Donate” button above or use this link.
  2. On the PayPal donation form that appears:
    • Enter the amount you’d like to give.
    • Check the box labeled “Make this a monthly donation” to set up a recurring gift.
  3. Choose how you want to pay:
    • Log in to your PayPal account, or
    • Use your credit or debit card (PayPal allows card payments for donations).
  4. Review your donation details and click “Donate Now”.
  5. You’ll receive a confirmation email from PayPal once your recurring donation is set up.
  6. To manage or cancel your monthly donation later:
    • Log in to your PayPal account
    • Go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments
    • From there, you can modify or stop your recurring donation.

Dedicate your donation in honor or in memory of someone

To make a gift in someone’s honor or memory, please specify the occasion of your gift, along with the name and address of the person you are honoring. You may include this information on the printed contribution form or you will have the option to enter this information at the PayPal checkout after you have entered your credit card information. Planned Giving

Adding a charitable bequest to your will or living trust is fairly simple. Below please find our preferred bequest language.
