Flaschner has planned and will continue to offer in-person judicial education programs throughout the year (usually September-June). Because the risk of contracting COVID at such a gathering continues to exist, we will follow the below practices:
First, participants will be reminded of this policy before the date of any in person program. Registrants who are not feeling well or experiencing symptoms will be asked to stay home and get well soon.
Second, participants will be asked to notify Melissa Nawrocki if they test positive for COVID within five days of attending an in person program. Flaschner will share this information with those who attended that particular program without identifying the participant who reported testing positive.
Third, participants who had close contacts with anyone at the program may wish to contact them directly about their positive test.
Fourth, at all Flaschner in person programs, disposable masks and hand sanitizer will be available.
