The Flaschner Judicial Institute is teaming up with the Trial Court’s Department of Research and Planning (DRAP) to provide hands-on computer trainings for Massachusetts judges on utilizing data to inform judicial practice and manage caseloads.
The goal of these programs is to equip judges with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively leverage data in their decision-making processes, ultimately enhancing the fairness, efficiency, and effectiveness of the judicial system.
The next training for judges will take place in Boston on October 30th, followed by another training in Worcester on November 14th.
