The Franklin N. Flaschner Judicial Institute, Inc. is a public charity recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS under Section 501(c)(3). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by state and federal law. A receipt will be issued for each gift. FJI does not provide any goods or services to contributors as whole or partial consideration for any charitable contribution.
